Portrait Software recognizes that the delivery of a successful and effective system is critical to our clients' success; equally important is ensuring that the system continues to deliver business benefits throughout its lifetime.

If you are a Portrait, EDGE, or Telemar/MSM customer, you can login via the panel on the left of this page to access our on-line Customer Support system. If you do not have a user account, and have an existing ESM agreement (either directly with Portrait Software or with one of our Business Partners), you can obtain one by completing our registration process. After your account information has been verified, you will have direct access to check the status of support issues, download software patches made available by our Customer Care team, talk to other users via our community forums, and more.
